TC-90 GLOSS FLEXIBLE URETHANE PAINT

TC-90 is a durable, scratch resistant flexible coating designed to bond to a wide variety of polyurethane elastomers, costume foams, and many other substrates.  It is a low VOC system that is in compliance with air quality standards for California Rule 1151 and for other state regulations.  Due to the excellent bonding characteristics, this coating may eliminate the need for a separate primer when applied to a clean dry surface.  It is easily pigmented with BJB Urethane Pigments/Dyes and also works as a clear topcoat.  This coating is color stable, UV resistant, and it can be applied by brush or spraying. 

In comparison to our popular SC-89 Stretch Paint system (solvent reduced single component), TC-90 is a 2-part catalyzed paint that produces a much tougher, but less stretchy, coating that works great for urethane pieces casting in 30 Shore A and up.  This can enhance your color options using parts cast from BJB's line of FP, F, and M series flexible elastomers.  Our feedback from urethane costume creators has been extremely positive in regard to durability and bonding strength, as well as cost when compared to other 2-part flexible paint systems on the market.
