TC-5110F

TC-5110F is a room temperature, addition/platinum curing, soft silicone rubber designed for making molds and parts.  Featuring exceptional tear strength, low viscosity, 1:1 mix ratio, and a quick demold time, this system is user friendly while producing high quality finished products. When used to make molds, the TC-5110F is translucent enough to see through when casting into the mold cavity and features high stretch properties. For making parts, this system is easily pigmented with BJB’s 8100 Series Silicone Pigments. This product has been successfully tested for skin safety and cytotoxicity by an independent lab (results are available upon request). If a softer product is required, our SC-5002 can be added to increase elongation and reduce hardness. For a longer working time, see our standard TC-5110 system.

NEED A BRUSHABLE SILICONE?

Adding SC-5001 Thixotrop to TC-5110F will increase viscosity and hang qualities while maintaining it's fast demold time and high tear strength, making it a great choice for brushed-on jacket/mother molds, animatronic skins, prosthetics and architectural duplications.
