SC-94 REV 1 Clear Water-based Flexible Coating

SC-94 REV 1 is a water-based, aliphatic polyurethane coating designed to provide a final finish or paintable surface for various flexible polyurethane foams, elastomers, and latex products.  It can be applied with a gloss or flat finish.  It can also be used as an in-mold coating for casting or brushing polyurethane products behind.

APPLICATION INFORMATION:
The recommended method of applying SC-94 REV 1 is by spraying with conventional spray gun. Brush coats may be used but spraying is more uniform. When pigmented with water based pigments, 2 to 3 coats should be applied to achieve an opaque film. Surfaces should be clean and dry. A liquid dish soap and water solution is an effective surface cleaner. A primer like BJB’s TC-89 will greatly increase adhesion to surface. Reference the TC-89 Data Sheet for application procedure.
