F-115 REV 1

BJB’s F-115 REV 1 is a soft (15 Shore A), stretchy, 1:1 mix ratio polyurethane elastomer designed for a variety of applications.  The addition of SC-22 Softener allows the user to lower hardness and increase elongation to produce extremely soft parts. F-115 REV 1 can be cartridge-dispensed with our CPE handheld dispense equipment. For a longer work time consider our M-3115 REV 1 (15-20 min.)

HELPFUL NOTES:

Color Variations: The color of the base material may vary slightly from batch to batch due to raw ingredients. Exposing the material to various conditions such as heat and UV light will alter the color of the cured system. Color stability is not guaranteed. This product can be pigmented, but you may see more color shift when using lighter pigments.

UV Resistance: This product is not classified as UV resistant. BJB offers an additive called UV-100, a UV inhibitor and anti-oxidant blend that will help slow down the effects of UV degradation and color change. The level of effectivness varies from product to product.

Silicone Molds: Platinum based silicones are recommended for molds.  Tin based silicones may cause cure inhibition.  For more info, contact our Tech Dept
