QUIK-CURE 5 MINUTE EPOXY

QUIK-CURE™ 5 Min Epoxy is a fast-setting, two-part adhesive that bonds rigid and semi-rigid polyurethanes, foam, wood, metal, glass, and most plastics. It has a 5 minutes working time, can be handled in 15 minutes, and reaches full strength in 1 hour. The cured bond remains slightly flexible for added impact and vibration resistance, ideal for quick repairs, model building, and general use where speed and strength are essential.

Two-component epoxy system.	Full cure approx. 1 hour.
5 minutes typical working time.	Slightly flexible cured bond, better vibration/stress resistance vs brittle bonds.
Handle time approx. 15 minutes	Compatible with a variety of substrates: polyurethane, foam, metal, glass, wood, ceramics, fiberglass, plastics.

Notes:

Not recommended for long-term or continuous immersion in water.
Because of the fast cure time, plan assembly in advance, you’ll need to mix, apply, assemble and clamp (if needed) within ~5 minutes.
Surface preparation is vital, clean, dry, and properly prepared surfaces will yield the best bond.
Ambient temperature affects performance, warmer conditions speed cure, cold conditions slow it.
