E302 Rocket Release

Stoner E302 Rocket Release is extremely versatile, it is considered to be the “most paintable” release agent available when molding plastics and similar materials. Provides a long lasting anti-stick film for fast, easy part removal from molds and multiple part releases per application. Improves molding efficiency in many processes including pour cast polyurethane and foam, injection molding and vacuum forming. E302 is available in bulk as Release #76

Advantages:

• Allows molded parts to be painted, plated, hotstamped, adhesive bonded, labeled, or otherwise decorated in most applications.
• Improves parts appearance and reduces defects caused by sticking.
• light coating produces the best results.
• Meets FDA regulation 21 CFR 184.1400 as a release agent in the manufacture of food contacting materials.

Things to Note:

• May not get as many castings out of your silicone mold compared to E236.
• Can leave a matte finish on the castings.
