Meter-Mix Equipment Storage Fluid
SC-107 Storage Fluid is used after BJB’s meter-mix-dispense equipment has been flushed with the SC-106 Flush Solvent. When the equipment is idle or to be stored, the SC-107 is used to fill the bottom of the feed tanks, feed hoses, pumps, and dispense hoses. With the dispense head removed, SC-107 should be pumped through the system until the dispense hoses can be capped off and are full of liquid. The feed tanks only require the bottom port to be covered once the tanks have been thoroughly cleaned. The dispense gun or dispense head should be cleaned in accordance to the instructions in the CPE manual. Some dispense gun components can also be stored in containers filled with the SC-107.
